Este proceso da como resultado una multitud de metabolitos microbianos que pueden actuar tanto local como sist\u00e9micamente (despu\u00e9s de ser absorbidos en el torrente sangu\u00edneo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El impacto de estos productos bioqu\u00edmicos en la salud humana es complejo, ya que se pueden producir metabolitos tanto beneficiosos como potencialmente t\u00f3xicos a partir de dichas v\u00edas microbianas, y en algunos casos, estos efectos dependen de la concentraci\u00f3n del metabolito o la localidad del \u00f3rgano.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de esta revisi\u00f3n es resumir nuestro conocimiento actual de c\u00f3mo el metabolismo de los macronutrientes por el microbioma intestinal influye en la salud humana. Los metabolitos que se analizar\u00e1n incluyen \u00e1cidos grasos de cadena corta y alcoholes (producidos principalmente a partir de monosac\u00e1ridos); amon\u00edaco, \u00e1cidos grasos de cadena ramificada, aminas, compuestos de azufre, fenoles e indoles (derivados de amino\u00e1cidos); derivados de glicerol y colina (obtenidos de la descomposici\u00f3n de los l\u00edpidos); y ciclo terciario de di\u00f3xido de carbono e hidr\u00f3geno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cada caso, se har\u00e1 referencia a los taxones microbianos clave y los estados de enfermedad relacionados, y se identificar\u00e1n las brechas de conocimiento que podr\u00edan contribuir a nuestra comprensi\u00f3n del bienestar humano en general.\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oliphant, K., &amp; Allen-Vercoe, E.
