(2004).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infona.pl\/resource\/bwmeta1.element.springer-4805efff-e3d4-3d44-876b-e62806cf7e4a\">Combined effects of multiple flavonoids on breast cancer resistance protein (ABCG2)-mediated transport<\/a>.&nbsp;<em>Pharmaceutical research,<\/em>&nbsp;21(7), 1263-1273.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OBJETIVO: El prop\u00f3sito de este estudio fue determinar el par\u00e1metro din\u00e1mico (EC 50) de flavonoides apigenina, biochanina A, crisina, geniste\u00edna, kaempferol, hesperetina, naringenina y silimarina para la inhibici\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna de resistencia al c\u00e1ncer de mama (BCRP) cuando se usa solo, y para evaluar sus posibles interacciones (aditiva, sin\u00e9rgica o antag\u00f3nica) con respecto a la inhibici\u00f3n de BCRP cuando se usan en combinaciones de m\u00faltiples flavonoides.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>METODOS: Los efectos de los flavonoides en el transporte mediado por BCRP se examinaron mediante la evaluaci\u00f3n de sus efectos sobre la acumulaci\u00f3n de mitoxantrona y la citotoxicidad en c\u00e9lulas MCF-7 MX100 que sobreexpresan BCRP. La CE 50 valores de estos flavonoides para incrementar la acumulaci\u00f3n de mitoxantrona se estimaron usando una ecuaci\u00f3n de Hill. Las interacciones potenciales entre flavonoides m\u00faltiples con respecto a la inhibici\u00f3n de BCRP se evaluaron mediante isobolograma y los m\u00e9todos de \u00edndice de interacci\u00f3n de Berenbaum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESULTADOS: Las CE 50 valores de estos flavonoides para aumentar la acumulaci\u00f3n de mitoxantrona variaron de 0,39 \u00b1 0,13 \u00b5M a 33,7 \u00b1 2,78 \u00b5M. El an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de los efectos combinados de m\u00faltiples flavonoides sobre la acumulaci\u00f3n de mitoxantrona indic\u00f3 que estos flavonoides act\u00faan de manera aditiva en la inhibici\u00f3n de BCRP cuando se administran en combinaciones de 2, 3, 5 u 8 flavonoides con concentraciones equimolares de todos los constituyentes. Los resultados de los estudios de citotoxicidad de mitoxantrona fueron consistentes con estos hallazgos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONCLUSIONES: Los efectos aditivos de flavonoides m\u00faltiples para la inhibici\u00f3n de BCRP sugieren que la predicci\u00f3n de las interacciones f\u00e1rmaco-alimento mediadas por BCRP (producto herbal) tambi\u00e9n debe tomar en consideraci\u00f3n la presencia de flavonoides m\u00faltiples y proporciona una justificaci\u00f3n para usar \u00abc\u00f3cteles flavonoides\u00bb como un enfoque potencial para multidrogas reversi\u00f3n de la resistencia en el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer.\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zhang, S., Yang, X., &amp; Morris, M.
