La disminuci\u00f3n de la viabilidad y la disfunci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas \u03b2 acelerar\u00eda la patog\u00e9nesis diab\u00e9tica asociada con una mayor mortalidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OBJETIVO: En este estudio, se investig\u00f3 el t\u00e9 de polifenol EGCG (galato de epigalocatequina) y el flavonoide RutinA de alforf\u00f3n para atenuar la glucotoxicidad inducida en las c\u00e9lulas \u03b2. EGCG y Rutina podr\u00edan preservar la maquinaria secretora de insulina y estimular la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n del sustrato 2 del receptor de insulina (IRS2) en c\u00e9lulas \u03b2 pancre\u00e1ticas de rata, RIN-m5F.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESULTADOS: Estos hallazgos demostraron a\u00fan m\u00e1s los efectos glucolipot\u00f3xicos reducidos de EGCG y Rutina mediante la activaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna quinasa activada por AMP (AMPK), la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n para inhibir las actividades de las enzimas lipog\u00e9nicas y mejorar la funci\u00f3n mitocondrial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Por consiguiente, La viabilidad celular se mantuvo despu\u00e9s de atenuar la glucotoxicidad a trav\u00e9s del amplio efecto de EGCG y Rutina. Los efectos protectores intr\u00ednsecos del EGCG y la Rutina en la preservaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de la insulina y la regulaci\u00f3n de la lipog\u00e9nesis, la manipulaci\u00f3n del ciclo celular y el mantenimiento de la funci\u00f3n mitocondrial para lograr la integridad de las c\u00e9lulas \u03b2, lo que destaca las posibilidades de EGCG y Rutin como estrategias novedosas para la prevenci\u00f3n del tipo 2 diabetes.\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cai, E.
