Sin embargo, el efecto antitumoral de I3C en los c\u00e1nceres de pulm\u00f3n humano rara vez se ha informado. Investigamos los efectos antitumorales y su mecanismo de I3C en la l\u00ednea celular de carcinoma de pulm\u00f3n humano A549.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tratamiento de las c\u00e9lulas A549 con I3C redujo significativamente la proliferaci\u00f3n celular, aument\u00f3 las formaciones de ADN fragmentado y cuerpo apopt\u00f3tico, e indujo la detenci\u00f3n del ciclo celular en la fase G0 \/ G1. I3C aument\u00f3 no solo los niveles de prote\u00edna de ciclina D1, p53 fosforilada y p21 sino tambi\u00e9n la expresi\u00f3n de ARNm de Fas. La escisi\u00f3n de caspasa-9, -8, -3 y PARP tambi\u00e9n aument\u00f3 en I3C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tratamiento con wortmannin suprimi\u00f3 significativamente la fosforilaci\u00f3n de Ser15 inducida por I3C y la acumulaci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna p53. La inhibici\u00f3n de la caspasa-8 por z-IETD-FMK disminuy\u00f3 significativamente la escisi\u00f3n de la procaspasa-8, -3 y PARP en c\u00e9lulas A549 tratadas con I3C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomados en conjunto, estos resultados demuestran que I3C induce la detenci\u00f3n del ciclo celular en G0 \/ G1 mediante la activaci\u00f3n de p-p53 en Ser 15 e induce la apoptosis mediada por caspasa-8 a trav\u00e9s del receptor de muerte Fas. Este mecanismo molecular para el efecto apopt\u00f3tico de I3C en las c\u00e9lulas de carcinoma de pulm\u00f3n A549 puede ser un primer informe y sugerir que I3C puede ser un agente preventivo y terap\u00e9utico contra el c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n.\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Choi, H.
