MiRNAs farmacol\u00f3gicamente dirigidos a miRNAs es una estrategia novedosa para revertir la resistencia a los medicamentos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed, informamos una nueva funci\u00f3n de isoliquiritigenina (ISL) como un inhibidor natural de miR-25 relacionado con la autofagia en la eliminaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas de c\u00e1ncer de mama resistentes a los medicamentos. ISL indujo quimiosensibilizaci\u00f3n, detenci\u00f3n del ciclo celular y autofagia, pero no apoptosis, en c\u00e9lulas MCF-7 \/ ADR. ISL tambi\u00e9n promovi\u00f3 la degradaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna ABCG2 del casete de uni\u00f3n a ATP (ABC) principalmente a trav\u00e9s deLa v\u00eda de la autofagia-lisosoma.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s importante a\u00fan, los experimentos de la matriz miRNA 3.0 identificaron a miR-25 como el objetivo principal de ISL para desencadenar el flujo de autofagia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un estudio mecanicista valid\u00f3 que la inhibici\u00f3n de miR-25 condujo a la muerte celular autof\u00e1gica al aumentar directamente la expresi\u00f3n de ULK1, un regulador temprano en la fase de inducci\u00f3n de autofagia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se demostr\u00f3 que la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de miR-25 bloquea la autofagia y la quimiosensibilizaci\u00f3n inducidas por ISL.
