(2008).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0026049508002357\">Beneficial effects of curcumin on hyperlipidemia and insulin resistance in high-fat\u2013fed hamsters<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Metabolism<\/i>, 57(11), 1576-1583.<\/p>\n<p>Este estudio investig\u00f3 el efecto de la suplementaci\u00f3n con curcumina ( dieta de 0.05 g \/ 100 g ) en una dieta alta en grasas (10% de aceite de coco , 0.2% de colesterol, peso \/ peso) alimentada a los h\u00e1msters, una de las especies de roedores que m\u00e1s estrechamente relacionado con los humanos en el metabolismo de los l\u00edpidos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La curcumina redujo significativamente los niveles de \u00e1cido graso libre, colesterol total, triglic\u00e9ridos y leptina y la evaluaci\u00f3n del modelo de homeostasis del \u00edndice de resistencia a la insulina, mientras que elev\u00f3 los niveles de colesterol de lipoprote\u00edna de alta densidad y apolipoprote\u00edna (apo) AI y actividad de paraoxonasa en plasma, en comparaci\u00f3n con el grupo control.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Los niveles de colesterol y triglic\u00e9ridos hep\u00e1ticos tambi\u00e9n fueron m\u00e1s bajos en el grupo de curcumina que en el grupo de control. En el h\u00edgado, \u00e1cido graso, la actividad de la Beta-oxidaci\u00f3n fue significativamente mayor en el grupo de curcumina que en el grupo de control, mientras que la sintasa de \u00e1cido graso, la 3-hidroxi-3-metilglutaril coenzima A reductasa y la acil coenzima A: las actividades de colesterol aciltransferasa fueron significativamente menores.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La curcumina redujo significativamente los niveles de per\u00f3xido de l\u00edpidos en el eritrocito y el h\u00edgado en comparaci\u00f3n con el grupo control.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Estos resultados indican que la curcumina exhibe un evidente efecto hipolipid\u00e9mico al aumentar la actividad de la paraoxonasa plasm\u00e1tica, las proporciones de colesterol de lipoprote\u00ednas de alta densidad a colesterol total y de apo AI a apo B, y la actividad de oxidaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos grasos hep\u00e1ticos con inhibici\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de \u00e1cidos grasos hep\u00e1ticos y bios\u00edntesis de colesterol en h\u00e1msters alimentados con alto contenido de grasa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jang, E.
