(2015).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1642431X15000467?via%3Dihub\">Silymarin and protein kinase A inhibitor modulate glucose-mediated mouse sperm motility: An in vitro study<\/a>.<i>\u00a0Reproductive biology<\/i>, 15(3), 172-177.<\/p>\n<p>FONDO: Se sugiere que la glucosa desempe\u00f1e un papel clave en la hiperactivaci\u00f3n de la motilidad de los espermatozoides de mam\u00edferos .\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO: El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo investigar los efectos moduladores de la silimarina y \/ o un inhibidor de la prote\u00edna quinasa A (PKA) (H-89) en los par\u00e1metros de motilidad mediada por glucosa de los espermatozoides de rat\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>MATERIALES Y M\u00c9TODO: Los espermatozoides se incubaron en medio HEPES que contiene normal (NG; 5.5 0.05) porcentaje de espermatozoides m\u00f3viles a los 120 min (59.5 \u00b1 14.8% vs. 34.0 \u00b1 4.4%) en comparaci\u00f3n con los incubados en GN.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: La velocidad media de la v\u00eda (VAP), la velocidad curvil\u00ednea (VCL) y la velocidad en l\u00ednea recta (VSL) exhibieron patrones similares a los 60 y 120 min cuando se incubaron en HG ( p &lt; 0.05). Los tratamientos con silimarina (5, 10, 20 minutos ( p &lt; \u03bcM) motilidad reducida ( p &lt; 0.05) a los 30 min examinada en el medio NG o HG. A los 90 \u03bcg \/ mL) no afect\u00f3 significativamente la motilidad de los espermatozoides en condiciones NG, pero disminuy\u00f3 la motilidad mejorada con HG, VAP y VCL a 120 0.05). H-89 (30 min, H-89 tambi\u00e9n redujo ( p &lt; 0.05) la motilidad mejorada con HG de los espermatozoides incubados con o sin 20 \u03bcg \/ mL de silimarina en un 49% o 32%, respectivamente.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: En conclusi\u00f3n, la inhibici\u00f3n de H-89 de la motilidad de los espermatozoides de rat\u00f3n mediada por glucosa y ciertos tipos de velocidad sugiere que la v\u00eda de la gluc\u00f3lisis-PKA est\u00e1 involucrada en la regulaci\u00f3n de la motilidad de los espermatozoides.
