(2010).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0006291X09021688\">Protective role of betulinic acid on TNF-\u03b1-induced cell adhesion molecules in vascular endothelial cells.<\/a>\u00a0<i>Biochemical and biophysical research communications<\/i>, 391(1), 96-101.<\/p>\n<p>FONDO: La inflamaci\u00f3n vascular es un evento importante en el desarrollo de enfermedades vasculares como la progresi\u00f3n tumoral y la aterosclerosis.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO: En el presente estudio, se descubri\u00f3 que el tratamiento con \u00e1cido betul\u00ednico (BA) muestra un potente efecto inhibitorio sobre el proceso de inflamaci\u00f3n vascular por TNF-\u03b1 en c\u00e9lulas endoteliales de la vena umbilical humana (HUVEC).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>M\u00c9TODO: El pretratamiento de HUVEC con BA bloque\u00f3 el nivel de expresi\u00f3n inducida por TNF-\u03b1 de las mol\u00e9culas de adhesi\u00f3n celular tales como la mol\u00e9cula de adhesi\u00f3n intracelular-1 (ICAM-1), la mol\u00e9cula de adhesi\u00f3n celular vascular -1 (VCAM-1), la selectina de c\u00e9lulas endoteliales (E-selectina) as\u00ed como la gelatinasaen HUVEC activado con TNF-\u03b1 de una manera dependiente de la dosis.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: Cuando se preincub\u00f3 con BA, la adhesi\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas HL-60 a HUVEC inducida por TNF-\u03b1 disminuy\u00f3 significativamente de una manera dependiente de la concentraci\u00f3n. La ROS intracelular inducida por TNF-\u03b1 disminuy\u00f3 notablemente por el pretratamiento con BA. Adem\u00e1s, BA inhibi\u00f3 significativamente la translocaci\u00f3n y la actividad transcripcional de NF-\u03baB aumentada por TNF-\u03b1.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: En conclusi\u00f3n, estos resultados sugirieron un papel protector vascular de BA a trav\u00e9s de la inhibici\u00f3n de la activaci\u00f3n de ROS y NF-\u03baB en HUVEC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yoon, J.
