(2005).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.drrathresearch.org\/attachments\/Heart%20Diseases\/101_Angiotensin_Study_112805v1.pdf\">Bioflavonoids effectively inhibit smooth muscle cell-mediated contraction of collagen matrix induced by angiotensin II<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Journal of cardiovascular pharmacology<\/i>, 46(5), 570-576.<\/p>\n<p>FONDO: Se ha reconocido que los bioflavonoides derivados de plantas apoyan la integridad estructural de la pared arterial e interfieren con una variedad de est\u00edmulos proateroscler\u00f3ticos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO \/ M\u00c9TODO \/ MEDIDAS DE RESULTADOS: En este estudio probamos los efectos de los bioflavonoides en la actividad contr\u00e1ctil de las c\u00e9lulas de m\u00fasculo liso a\u00f3rtico humano (SMC) cultivadas incrustadas en una matriz de col\u00e1geno tridimensional tipo I. La soluci\u00f3n de col\u00e1geno I mezclada con SMC a\u00f3rtica humana en placas de 24 pocillos permiti\u00f3 formar geles. Los compuestos probados se agregaron a los pocillos y los geles se pusieron a flote golpeando suavemente. Se tomaron fotograf\u00edas digitales de los geles despu\u00e9s de 24 horas de incubaci\u00f3n a 37 grados C. El \u00e1rea del gel contra\u00eddo se midi\u00f3 y expres\u00f3 como un porcentaje del \u00e1rea del gel de control de 3 o m\u00e1s r\u00e9plicas. La expresi\u00f3n de la metaloproteinasa de la matriz (MMP-2) en medios acondicionados se evalu\u00f3 mediante zimograf\u00eda en gel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: Las diferentes clases de bioflavanoides mostraron una eficacia variable en la inhibici\u00f3n de la contracci\u00f3n del gel de col\u00e1geno dependiente de angiotensina II (ATII) por parte de las SMC. Un aumento en el n\u00famero de grupos de galato por mol\u00e9cula de catequina se asoci\u00f3 con una mayor inhibici\u00f3n de la contracci\u00f3n del gel de col\u00e1geno dependiente de angiotensina II por SMC. Los antioxidantes (N-acetilciste\u00edna y \u00e1cido asc\u00f3rbico) no inhibieron la contracci\u00f3n del gel de col\u00e1geno. La inhibici\u00f3n de bioflavonoides de la contracci\u00f3n del gel de col\u00e1geno por SMC se correlacion\u00f3 con la inhibici\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de la metaloproteinasa-2 de la matriz.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSIONES: Los bioflavonoides participan en la regulaci\u00f3n de la contracci\u00f3n mediada por SMC y tienen un gran potencial para contrarrestar los efectos fisiopatol\u00f3gicos de ATII. La actividad bioflavonoide depende de las caracter\u00edsticas estructurales y puede estar relacionada con la integridad de la matriz extracelular.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ivanov, V., Roomi, M.
