BUON<\/i>, 23, 763-768.<\/p>\n<p>PROP\u00d3SITO: El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n fue estudiar las propiedades anticancer\u00edgenas del \u00e1cido rosmar\u00ednico en c\u00e9lulas de c\u00e1ncer de ovario humano OVCAR-3 y tambi\u00e9n evaluar sus efectos sobre la inducci\u00f3n de apoptosis, la migraci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas cancerosas y la modulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de lncRNA MALAT-1.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00c9TODOS: El ensayo MTT se us\u00f3 para estudiar los efectos del agente sobre la viabilidad celular OVCAR-3, mientras que la microscop\u00eda de contraste de fase invertida y la microscop\u00eda de fluorescencia se usaron para estudiar los efectos sobre la morfolog\u00eda celular. La microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido (SEM) se us\u00f3 para estudiar los efectos del \u00e1cido rosmar\u00ednico en la morfolog\u00eda de la superficie celular en c\u00e9lulas OVCAR-3. El ensayo de curaci\u00f3n de heridas in vitro se us\u00f3 para estudiar los efectos sobre la migraci\u00f3n celular.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: El \u00e1cido rosmar\u00ednico indujo efectos citot\u00f3xicos dependientes del tiempo y de la concentraci\u00f3n en estas c\u00e9lulas malignas. Se encontr\u00f3 que los valores de CI50 a intervalos de tiempo de 48 y 72 horas eran 34.6 y 25.1 \u03bcM respectivamente. Las c\u00e9lulas tratadas con \u00e1cido rosmar\u00ednico revelaron cambios significativos en la morfolog\u00eda celular, incluida la contracci\u00f3n celular y el redondeo celular. Las c\u00e9lulas tambi\u00e9n perdieron la uni\u00f3n con la superficie de la placa. Las dosis de \u00e1cido rosmar\u00ednico 10, 40 y 160 \u03bcM condujeron a un aumento sustancial de la fluorescencia azul brillante, que es una se\u00f1al de condensaci\u00f3n de cromatina y fragmentaci\u00f3n del ADN. El tratamiento con \u00e1cido rosmar\u00ednico tambi\u00e9n condujo a una supresi\u00f3n significativa de la migraci\u00f3n celular correspondiente al 46.5% y 86.2% de inhibici\u00f3n de la migraci\u00f3n celular a dosis de 40 y 160 \u03bcM, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: En conclusi\u00f3n, el estudio actual mostr\u00f3 que el \u00e1cido rosmar\u00ednico induce potentes efectos anticancer\u00edgenos en las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas OCVAR-3 al inducir apoptosis, inhibir la migraci\u00f3n celular y modular la expresi\u00f3n de Malat-1 de lncRNA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zhang, Y., Hu, M., Liu, L., Cheng, X.
