Es muy popular y es la especia m\u00e1s com\u00fan en todo el mundo. La capsaicina (CAP) es un importante fitoqu\u00edmico picante y bioactivo en los chiles. Se ha demostrado que la CAP mejora la biog\u00e9nesis mitocondrial y la producci\u00f3n de trifosfato de adenosina (ATP). Sin embargo, existe evidencia limitada sobre los efectos de la PAC sobre la fatiga f\u00edsica y el rendimiento del ejercicio.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO: El prop\u00f3sito de este estudio fue evaluar los posibles efectos beneficiosos de CAP sobre las funciones antifatiga y ergog\u00e9nicas despu\u00e9s del desaf\u00edo fisiol\u00f3gico.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>M\u00c9TODOLOG\u00cdA: Ratones del Instituto Femenino de Investigaci\u00f3n del C\u00e1ncer (ICR) de cuatro grupos ( n= 8 por grupo) se les administr\u00f3 CAP por v\u00eda oral durante 4 semanas a 0, 205, 410 y 1025 mg \/ kg \/ d\u00eda, que se designaron respectivamente los grupos veh\u00edculo, CAP-1X, CAP-2X y CAP-5X. La actividad antifatiga y el rendimiento del ejercicio se evaluaron usando la fuerza de agarre de las extremidades anteriores, el tiempo de nataci\u00f3n exhaustivo y los niveles de lactato s\u00e9rico, amon\u00edaco, glucosa, BUN (nitr\u00f3geno ureico en sangre) y creatina quinasa (CK) despu\u00e9s de un ejercicio de nataci\u00f3n de 15 minutos. La fuerza de agarre y el tiempo de nataci\u00f3n exhaustivo del grupo CAP-5X fueron significativamente mayores que otros grupos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: La suplementaci\u00f3n con CAP redujo de forma dependiente de la dosis los niveles s\u00e9ricos de lactato, amon\u00edaco, BUN y CK, y aument\u00f3 la concentraci\u00f3n de glucosa despu\u00e9s de la prueba de nataci\u00f3n de 15 minutos. Adem\u00e1s, CAP tambi\u00e9n aument\u00f3 el contenido de gluc\u00f3geno hep\u00e1tico, una importante fuente de energ\u00eda para el ejercicio. El posible mecanismo fue relevante para la homeostasis energ\u00e9tica y las modulaciones fisiol\u00f3gicas mediante la suplementaci\u00f3n con CAP.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Por lo tanto, nuestros resultados sugieren que la suplementaci\u00f3n con CAP puede tener un amplio espectro de bioactividades para promover la salud, mejorar el rendimiento y mejorar la fatiga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hsu, Y.
