Sin embargo, existe evidencia limitada de los efectos de RES sobre la fatiga f\u00edsica y el rendimiento del ejercicio.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO: El prop\u00f3sito de este estudio fue evaluar los posibles efectos beneficiosos de trans-RES sobre la fatiga y las funciones ergog\u00e9nicas despu\u00e9s del desaf\u00edo fisiol\u00f3gico.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>M\u00c9TODO \/ DISE\u00d1O: A los ratones ICR machos de cuatro grupos (n = 8 por grupo) se les administr\u00f3 RES por v\u00eda oral durante 21 d\u00edas a 0, 25, 50 y 125 mg \/ kg \/ d\u00eda, que se designaron respectivamente como veh\u00edculo, RES-25, RES-50, y grupos RES-125. La actividad antifatiga y el rendimiento del ejercicio se evaluaron utilizando la fuerza de agarre de las extremidades anteriores, el tiempo de nataci\u00f3n exhaustivo y los niveles de lactato s\u00e9rico, amon\u00edaco, glucosa y creatina quinasa (CK) despu\u00e9s de un ejercicio de nataci\u00f3n de 15 minutos. El tiempo de nataci\u00f3n exhaustivo del grupo RES-25 (24.72 \u00b1 7.35 min) fue significativamente (p = 0.0179) m\u00e1s largo que el del grupo de veh\u00edculos (10.83 \u00b1 1.15 min).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: Un an\u00e1lisis de tendencias revel\u00f3 que los tratamientos con RES aumentaron la fuerza de agarre. La suplementaci\u00f3n con RES tambi\u00e9n produjo disminuciones dependientes de la dosis en los niveles s\u00e9ricos de lactato y amon\u00edaco y la actividad de CK, y tambi\u00e9n un aumento en los niveles de glucosa en modales dependientes de la dosis despu\u00e9s de la prueba de nataci\u00f3n de 15 minutos. El mecanismo estaba relacionado con el aumento de la utilizaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda (como glucosa en sangre) y la disminuci\u00f3n de los niveles s\u00e9ricos de lactato, amon\u00edaco y CK.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Por lo tanto, RES podr\u00eda ser un agente potencial con un efecto farmacol\u00f3gico antifatiga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wu, R.
