Las c\u00e9lulas HepG2 se cultivaron con diferentes concentraciones de glucosa (5,5, 30 y 50 mM) y \/ o Q (25 \u00b5M) durante 48 y 72 h.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Efectos de la glucosa y \/ o Q sobre m-TOR y Nrf -Se analizaron 2 expresiones mediante PCR cuantitativa en tiempo real (qRT-PCR). Los resultados de qRT-PCR revelaron que 30 y 50 mM de glucosa aumentaron la expresi\u00f3n de m-TOR a las 48 h, aunque despu\u00e9s de 72 h, solo 30 mM tuvo un efecto creciente. A 50 mM, la expresi\u00f3n del gen Nrf-2 inducida por glucosa despu\u00e9s de 48 y 72 h.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados tambi\u00e9n mostraron que 25 \u00b5M de Q redujeron la expresi\u00f3n de m-TOR y Nrf-2 a 30 y 50 mM despu\u00e9s de 48 y 72 h de incubaci\u00f3n.
