Para los estudios antivirales se emplearon modelos de infecciones por influencia y herp\u00e9tica y hepatitis C.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: Se demostr\u00f3 que HE, su componente principal 7, 3&#8242;-dimetoxyquercetin (DMQ), su componente menor 5,7,3 &#8216;, 4&#8217;-tetramethoxyqeercetin tetramethoxyqeercetin (TMQ) inhibi\u00f3 efectivamente la s\u00edntesis de ARN en el sistema RNAP T7 con el correspondiente valores de IC50 &#8211; 0.07, 4 y 1 \u03bcg \/ ml. Concentraciones m\u00ednimas de los agentes IC &lt;sub&gt; 90 &lt;\/sub&gt;, inhibiendo completamente la PCR, fueron &#8211; 8, 30 y 40 \u03bcg \/ ml para HE, TMQ y DMQ, en consecuencia. Todas las preparaciones estudiadas revelaron altas actividades antivirales m\u00faltiples contra los virus que contienen ARN y ADN.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSIONES: La actividad antiviral del extracto de hierbas probablemente est\u00e9 determinada por la acci\u00f3n combinada de sus componentes, incluidos TMQ y DMQ. Teniendo en cuenta el perfil de m\u00faltiples objetivos de los derivados de quercetina, se puede suponer que el mecanismo antiviral de los agentes estudiados consiste en el bloqueo de los sistemas enzim\u00e1ticos de la s\u00edntesis de ARN y ADN.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Palchykovska, L.
