Sin embargo, la actividad de la tirosina quinasa en la fracci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas de las plaquetas humanas (PM-TPK) fue resistente a la miricetina. K aparentei valores de miricetina para tirosina prote\u00edna quinasas de pp130fpsy el receptor de insulina fueron 1.8 y 2.6 \u03bcM, respectivamente.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Los valores para las actividades serina \/ treonina quinasa de la miosina quinasa de cadena ligera (MLC-quinasa), case\u00edna quinasa I, case\u00edna quinasa II, prote\u00edna quinasa dependiente de AMPc y prote\u00edna quinasa C fueron 1.7, \u03bcM, 9.0 \u03bcM, 0.6 \u03bcM, 27.5 \u03bcM, y 12,1 \u03bcM, respectivamente. Los gr\u00e1ficos de Lineweaver-Burk revelaron que la miricetina inhibe competitivamente la tirosina quinasa pp130 fps, la quinasa de cadena ligera de miosina, la quinasa de case\u00edna I y II con ATP, pero no inhibe otras prote\u00ednas quinasas. Como la miricetina es un derivado hidroxilado de quercetina, se examinaron los efectos inhibitorios de una serie de siete flavonoides con varios n\u00fameros de residuos hidroxilados.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Los estudios de actividad estructural mostraron que las potencias inhibidoras de los flavonoides para las tirosina quinasas de pp130fps y el receptor de insulina correlacionado con el n\u00famero de residuos hidroxi en los anillos de flavona (\u03b3= 0.974 y 0.926, respectivamente), mientras que la hidroxilaci\u00f3n influy\u00f3 en menor medida en las potencias inhibitorias de la prote\u00edna quinasa serina \/ treonina.
