(1989).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0006291X89800361\">Effects of the tyrosine-kinase inhibitor genistein on DNA synthesis and phospholipid-derived second messenger generation in mouse 10T1\/2 fibroblasts and rat liver T51B cells<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Biochemical and biophysical research communications<\/i>, 165(2), 795-801.<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO \/ M\u00c9TODO: Hemos examinado los efectos del geniste\u00edna inhibidor de la tirosina quinasa sobre la proliferaci\u00f3n celular dependiente de hormonas y la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n intracelular en fibroblastos 10T1 \/ 2 de rat\u00f3n y c\u00e9lulas epiteliales T51B de h\u00edgado de rata.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: La geniste\u00edna inhibe tanto PDGF y EGF mitog\u00e9nesis inducida con una CI 50 de 40 uM y 10 uM respectivamente. La geniste\u00edna tambi\u00e9n inhibe la generaci\u00f3n de fosfato de inositol y la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de calcio en respuesta a PDGF, y la generaci\u00f3n de 1,2-diacilglicerol y la translocaci\u00f3n de calpactina II en respuesta a EGF. Por el contrario, la geniste\u00edna no inhibe la producci\u00f3n de fosfato de inositol, Ca 2+se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n o generaci\u00f3n de 1,2-diacilglicerol en respuesta a ATP o angiotensina II.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Estos datos demuestran que la geniste\u00edna inhibe selectivamente los procesos dependientes de la tirosina quinasa sin efectuar respuestas similares obtenidas a las hormonas que no dependen de la activaci\u00f3n de la tirosina quinasa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dean, N.
