Al menos algunas de estas actividades est\u00e1n mediadas por la interacci\u00f3n de los fitoestr\u00f3genos con los receptores de estr\u00f3genos \u03b1 y \u03b2 (ER\u03b1 y ER\u03b2).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El resveratrol, trans -3,5,4\u2032-trihidroxiestilbeno, es un fitoestr\u00f3geno en las uvas que est\u00e1 presente en el vino tinto. Se demostr\u00f3 que el resveratrol se une a ER en extractos citos\u00f3licos de MCF-7 y \u00fatero de rata. Sin embargo, se desconoce la contribuci\u00f3n de ER\u03b1 vs. ER\u03b2 en esta uni\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed informamos que el resveratrol se une a ER\u03b2 y ER\u03b1 con afinidad comparable, pero con una afinidad 7,000 veces menor que el estradiol (E 2) Por lo tanto, el resveratrol difiere de otros fitoestr\u00f3genos que se unen a ER\u03b2 con mayor afinidad que ER\u03b1.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El resveratrol act\u00faa como un agonista de estr\u00f3genos y estimula la actividad del gen informador dirigido por ERE en las c\u00e9lulas CHO-K1 que expresan ER\u03b1 o ER\u03b2. La actividad agonista de estr\u00f3genos del resveratrol depende de la secuencia ERE y el tipo de ER.
