Los polifenoles son mol\u00e9culas importantes que deben considerarse al analizar posibles estrategias contra la atrofia muscular. En particular, los estudios recopilados describen, para cada subclase de polifenoles, el efecto beneficioso sobre la preservaci\u00f3n de la masa muscular en diversos trastornos del m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9tico.
