Este compuesto no afect\u00f3 las actividades de la planta (coliflor) pol \u03b1 o procariotas pol. La miricetina tambi\u00e9n inhibi\u00f3 la actividad de la topoisomerasa II del ADN humano (topo II) con un IC50valor de 27.5 \u03bcM, pero no inhibi\u00f3 las actividades de otras enzimas metab\u00f3licas de ADN probadas. La miricetina tampoco influy\u00f3 en la uni\u00f3n directa al ADN bicatenario seg\u00fan lo determinado por an\u00e1lisis de transici\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. Se descubri\u00f3 que previene la proliferaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas de carcinoma HCT116 de colon humano con un LD50de 28,2 \u03bcM, detiene el ciclo celular en la fase G2 \/ M e induce apoptosis.<\/p>\n<p>Estos resultados sugieren que la disminuci\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n puede ser el resultado de la inhibici\u00f3n de la topoisomerasa celular (topo) II en lugar de los pols.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shiomi, K., Kuriyama, I., Yoshida, H., &amp; Mizushina, Y.
