(2009).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2721244\/\">Astragalus mongholicus polysaccharide inhibits lipopolysaccharide-induced production of TNF-\u03b1 and interleukin-8<\/a>.\u00a0<i>World Journal of Gastroenterology: WJG<\/i>, 15(29), 3676.<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO: Explorar el efecto del polisac\u00e1rido Astragalus mongholicus (APS) en la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica y la actividad transcripcional de la prote\u00edna quinasa activada por mit\u00f3geno (MAPK) en las c\u00e9lulas epiteliales intestinales (IEC).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00c9TODOS: IEC se dividi\u00f3 en grupo control, grupo lipopolisac\u00e1rido (LPS), grupo LPS + 50 \u03bcg \/ ml APS, grupo LPS + 100 \u03bcg \/ ml APS, grupo LPS + 200 \u03bcg \/ ml APS y grupo LPS + 500 \u03bcg \/ ml APS. Los niveles de ARNm en factores inflamatorios inducidos por LPS, factor de necrosis tumoral (TNF) -\u03b1 e interleucina (IL) -8, se midieron por reacci\u00f3n en cadena de transcripci\u00f3n inversa-polimerasa. El nivel de prote\u00edna MAPK se midi\u00f3 por transferencia Western.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: Los niveles de ARNm de TNF-\u03b1 e IL-8 fueron significativamente mayores en IEC con da\u00f1o inducido por LPS que en las c\u00e9lulas de control. APS derog\u00f3 significativamente la expresi\u00f3n inducida por LPS de los genes TNF-\u03b1 e IL-8 . El APS no bloque\u00f3 la activaci\u00f3n de la quinasa regulada por se\u00f1al extracelular o la cinasa amino terminal c Jun, pero inhibi\u00f3 la activaci\u00f3n de p38, lo que sugiere que APS inhibe la producci\u00f3n inducida por LPS de ARNm de TNF-\u03b1 e IL-8, posiblemente suprimiendo el p38 v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: La se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de p38 mediada por productos bacterianos modulados por APS representa una estrategia atractiva para la prevenci\u00f3n y el tratamiento de la inflamaci\u00f3n intestinal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yuan, Y., Sun, M., &amp; Li, K.
