Se determin\u00f3 el estado de vitamina B-6 antes y despu\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica, y se midieron el estado de \u00e1nimo y el rendimiento mediante un sistema de prueba computarizado. Adem\u00e1s, se midi\u00f3 la respuesta f\u00e1sica de la pupila para evaluar el esfuerzo mental.<\/p>\n<p>Los efectos positivos de la suplementaci\u00f3n con vitamina B-6 solo se encontraron con respecto a la memoria, especialmente con respecto a la memoria a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>En vista del hallazgo de que la mejora del rendimiento mental y los valores delta PLP se correlacionaron m\u00e1s fuertemente dentro de un rango intermedio de delta PLP, se sugiere que los efectos cognitivos se asocian principalmente con un cierto rango de incremento del estado de vitamina B-6.<\/p>\n<p>La conclusi\u00f3n general es que la suplementaci\u00f3n con vitamina B-6 mejora el almacenamiento de informaci\u00f3n de manera modesta pero significativa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deijen, J.
