Actualmente existe una evidencia creciente que sugiere un papel vital para el factor de necrosis tumoral alfa (TNF-\u03b1) en la patolog\u00eda muscular asociada con el deterioro de la diferenciaci\u00f3n y el desgaste muscular. El resveratrol ha sido un efecto inhibidor atribuido sobre la atrofia muscular inducida por glucocorticoides in vitro, pero la influencia del resveratrol en el crecimiento de miotubos C2C12 expuestos a TNF-\u03b1 a\u00fan no est\u00e1 claro.<\/p>\n<p>El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo investigar la participaci\u00f3n del TNF-\u03b1 en la regulaci\u00f3n de la hipertrofia y atrofia del m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9tico, y la posibilidad de interferir con tales modulaciones mediante la suplementaci\u00f3n con resveratrol.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, se trataron miotubos C2C12 con TNF-\u03b1 en presencia o ausencia de resveratrol. El tratamiento con miotubos con TNF-\u03b1 contribuye tanto a la hiperexpresi\u00f3n de la ubiquitina ligasa MAFbx y MuRF1 espec\u00edficas del m\u00fasculo , y estas alteraciones est\u00e1n relacionadas con una disminuci\u00f3n de los objetivos anab\u00f3licos (Akt, mTOR , p70S6k y 4E-BP1) como a un aumento de los objetivos catab\u00f3licos ( FoxO1, FoxO3a, MAFbx y MuRF1).<\/p>\n<p>La suplementaci\u00f3n con resveratrol contrarresta eficazmente la p\u00e9rdida de prote\u00ednas musculares inducida por TNF-\u03b1e invierte la expresi\u00f3n decreciente de Akt, mTOR, p70S6K, 4E-BP1 y FoxO1, pero no ejerce ninguna influencia sobre la expresi\u00f3n de FoxO3a. Nuestro estudio demuestra que el resveratrol puede revertir la atrofia de las c\u00e9lulas musculares causada por el TNF-\u03b1 mediante la regulaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n Akt \/ mTOR \/ FoxO1 , seguida de la inhibici\u00f3n de la ubiquitina ligasa relacionada con la atrofia.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Nuestros hallazgos sugirieron que el resveratrol podr\u00eda representar una posible estrategia para mejorar la masa muscular.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wang, D.
