Aunque la restricci\u00f3n cal\u00f3rica (RC) extiende la esperanza de vida, su adherencia en humanos es pobre.<\/p>\n<p>Establecimos un modelo de alimentaci\u00f3n isocal\u00f3rico dos veces al d\u00eda (ITAD) en el que los ratones alimentados con ITAD consumen la misma cantidad de alimento que los controles, pero en dos ventanas cortas al principio y al final del ciclo diurno.<\/p>\n<p>Presumimos que la alimentaci\u00f3n con ITAD proporcionar\u00e1 dos intervalos de ayuno entre comidas por per\u00edodo circadiano e inducir\u00e1 la autofagia. Mostramos que la alimentaci\u00f3n con ITAD modifica la autofagia circadiana y el metabolismo de la glucosa \/ l\u00edpidos que se correlacionan con los cambios impulsados \u200b\u200bpor la alimentaci\u00f3n en la insulina circulante. La alimentaci\u00f3n con ITAD disminuye la adiposidad y, a diferencia de CR, aumenta la masa muscular. La alimentaci\u00f3n con ITAD impulsa el gasto de energ\u00eda y reduce los niveles de l\u00edpidos ad libitum, suprime la gluconeog\u00e9nesis y previene los defectos metab\u00f3licos asociados a la edad \/ obesidad.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizando ratones nulos para autofagia espec\u00edficos de neuronas de h\u00edgado, tejido adiposo, miog\u00e9nico y proopiomelanocortina , mapeamos la contribuci\u00f3n de la autofagia espec\u00edfica de tejido a los beneficios de la alimentaci\u00f3n con ITAD en todo el sistema.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Nuestros estudios sugieren que consumir dos comidas al d\u00eda sin RC podr\u00eda prevenir el s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Martinez-Lopez, N., Tarabra, E., Toledo, M., Garcia-Macia, M., Sahu, S., Coletto, L., &#8230; &amp; Kersten, S.
