(2013). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S1756464613001874\">Vinegar ingestion at mealtime reduced fasting blood glucose concentrations in healthy adults at risk for type 2 diabetes<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Journal of Functional Foods<\/i>, 5(4), 2007-2011.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>OBJETIVO: Este estudio piloto de 12 semanas examin\u00f3 los efectos del vinagre sobre los marcadores de diabetes tipo 2 en adultos en riesgo.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>PARTICIPANTES Y M\u00c9TODOLOG\u00cdA: Los participantes ( n = 14) ingirieron 750 mg de \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico como una bebida de vinagre o una p\u00edldora de control (40 mg de \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico) dos veces al d\u00eda a la hora de comer. La glucosa en sangre (en ayunas y posprandial 2 h) se registr\u00f3 diariamente. La sangre en ayunas recogida en las semanas 0 y 12 se analiz\u00f3 en busca de insulina y hemoglobina glucosilada.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>RESULTADOS: El cambio medio en la glucosa en ayunas se redujo en el grupo de vinagre frente al grupo de control (\u22120,91 \u00b1 0,27 versus \u22120,26 \u00b1 0,17 mmol \/ l) ( p = 0,05). El cambio medio en la glucosa posprandial de 2 h, la insulina y la hemoglobina glucosilada no vari\u00f3 entre los grupos. El hidr\u00f3geno en el aliento en ayunas en la semana 12 se elev\u00f3 un 19% en el grupo de vinagre frente al grupo de control, lo que sugiere un aumento en la fermentaci\u00f3n col\u00f3nica en el grupo de vinagre.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Estos datos indican que el vinagre, una simple adici\u00f3n a las comidas, tiene efectos antigluc\u00e9micos en adultos con riesgo de diabetes tipo 2, posiblemente relacionados con la mala digesti\u00f3n de carbohidratos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Johnston, C.
