(1994).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/europepmc.org\/article\/med\/7711296\">Dietary fish oil and olive oil improve the liver insulin receptor tyrosine kinase activity in high sucrose fed rats<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Endocrine Regulations<\/i>, 28(4), 187-197.<\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de arrojar luz sobre el posible efecto beneficioso de los \u00e1cidos grasos insaturados en la dieta sobre la uni\u00f3n a la insulina, se investig\u00f3 el efecto de la administraci\u00f3n de aceite de pescado y aceite de oliva sobre la uni\u00f3n a la insulina, la autofosforilaci\u00f3n y la actividad de la tirosina quinasa de los receptores de insulina hep\u00e1ticos parcialmente purificados.<\/p>\n<p>Estos datos fueron confrontados con los par\u00e1metros del metabolismo de az\u00facares y l\u00edpidos (glucosa en sangre, insulina y triglic\u00e9ridos), con la fluidez de la membrana plasm\u00e1tica hep\u00e1tica y la composici\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos grasos.<\/p>\n<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n alta en sacarosa result\u00f3 en la elevaci\u00f3n de la glucosa en sangre y el nivel de triglic\u00e9ridos, mientras que la suplementaci\u00f3n de animales con aceite de pescado redujo la de triglic\u00e9ridos y el aceite de oliva la de insulina. No se detect\u00f3 ning\u00fan cambio significativo entre los grupos experimentales en la uni\u00f3n de la insulina al receptor de insulina hep\u00e1tico parcialmente purificado ni en la autofosforilaci\u00f3n del receptor. Sin embargo, la actividad de la tirosina quinasa estimulada por insulina hacia un sustrato ex\u00f3geno (poli (Glu, Tyr)) disminuy\u00f3 en aproximadamente un 50% en los receptores solubilizados de las membranas hep\u00e1ticas de ratas alimentadas con sacarosa.<\/p>\n<p>El aumento de la ingesta diet\u00e9tica de aceite de pescado o aceite de oliva restaur\u00f3 la actividad de la insulina tirosina quinasa hacia los valores de control, obteni\u00e9ndose la mitad del efecto m\u00e1ximo con una concentraci\u00f3n de insulina similar en todos los grupos.
