(2015).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1111\/cbdd.12425\">In vitro Antiviral Effects and 3 D QSAR Study of Resveratrol Derivatives as Potent Inhibitors of Influenza H 1 N 1 Neuraminidase<\/a>.<i>\u00a0Chemical Biology &amp; Drug Design<\/i>, 85(4), 427-438.<\/p>\n<p>Las actividades contra el virus de la gripe de 50 derivados del resveratrol (RV: 3, 5, 4\u2032 \u2010 trihidroxi \u2010 trans \u2010 estilbeno) se evaluaron mediante un ensayo de actividad de neuraminidasa (NA).<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados mostraron que 35 compuestos ejercen un efecto inhibidor sobre la actividad de NA de la cepa de virus de la gripe A \/ PR \/ 8\/34 (H1N1) con 50% de concentraci\u00f3n inhibitoria (IC 50 ) valores que van desde 3,56 hasta 186,1 \u03bc m . A continuaci\u00f3n, los 35 derivados de RV se utilizaron para desarrollar modelos 3D de relaci\u00f3n cuantitativa estructura-actividad (3D QSAR) para comprender las interacciones qu\u00edmico-biol\u00f3gicas que gobiernan sus actividades contra NA.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis comparativo de campo molecular (CoMFA r 2 = 0.973, q 2 = 0.620, q test 2 = 0,661) y se aplic\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis comparativo de \u00edndices de similitud molecular (CoMSIA r 2 = 0,956, q 2 = 0,610, q test 2 = 0,531).<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, se realiz\u00f3 un acoplamiento molecular para estudiar las interacciones moleculares entre los derivados de RV y NA. Finalmente, se utiliz\u00f3 un ensayo de reducci\u00f3n del efecto citop\u00e1tico (CPE) para evaluar los efectos antivirales de los derivados del RV in vitro .<\/p>\n<p>Los estudios de tiempo de adici\u00f3n demostraron que los derivados de RV pueden tener un efecto directo sobre la infectividad de las part\u00edculas virales.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros resultados indican que los derivados de RV son compuestos antivirales potencialmente \u00fatiles para el dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos para el tratamiento de la gripe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Li, C., Fang, J.
