(2003).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.koreascience.or.kr\/article\/JAKO200329217118522.page\">Effect of drinking fermented milk on the improvement of defecation in constipated female students<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Korean Journal of Human Ecology<\/i>, 12(2), 265-273.<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO: El objetivo de este estudio fue investigar el efecto de la leche fermentada concentrada en la mejora de la defecaci\u00f3n en alumnas con estre\u00f1imiento.<\/p>\n<p>METODOLOG\u00cdA: Este yogur se ferment\u00f3 con Bifidobacterium, L. acidophilus y S. thermophilus y se complement\u00f3 con oligosac\u00e1ridos, fibra diet\u00e9tica y extractos de levadura y hongos. Se tomaron muestras de 44 estudiantes con estre\u00f1imiento como sujetos y se les administr\u00f3 150 ml de leche fermentada al d\u00eda durante un per\u00edodo de 2 semanas. Despu\u00e9s de cada defecaci\u00f3n, se examin\u00f3 a los sujetos para determinar el estado de la evacuaci\u00f3n de las heces mediante cuestionarios.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: La frecuencia de evacuaci\u00f3n de las heces, la cantidad de materia fecal, el tiempo dedicado a la evacuaci\u00f3n, el color y la forma de las heces y la sensaci\u00f3n refrescante despu\u00e9s de la evacuaci\u00f3n mejoraron notablemente despu\u00e9s de la ingesti\u00f3n de leche fermentada durante 2 semanas. Estos efectos fueron mayores en el grupo de estre\u00f1imiento intenso que en el grupo leve. El olor fecal s\u00ed disminuy\u00f3 significativamente despu\u00e9s de 2 semanas de ingesta de leche fermentada, pero el olor luego disminuy\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de la ingesta de leche fermentada.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSI\u00d3N: Estos resultados indicaron que la ingesti\u00f3n de leche fermentada concentrada es eficaz para mejorar el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ly, S.
