(1995).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahajournals.org\/doi\/full\/10.1161\/01.CIR.91.4.1182\">Administration of wine and grape juice inhibits in vivo platelet activity and thrombosis in stenosed canine coronary arteries.<\/a>\u00a0<i>Circulation<\/i>, 91(4), 1182-1188.<\/p>\n<p>ANTECEDENTES: El consumo diario moderado de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas es un factor de riesgo negativo para el desarrollo de aterosclerosis y enfermedad de las arterias coronarias (EAC), especialmente en Francia y otras zonas mediterr\u00e1neas donde el vino tinto se consume habitualmente con las comidas. Las plaquetas contribuyen al desarrollo de aterosclerosis, CAD y formaci\u00f3n de trombos arteriales agudos.<\/p>\n<p>METODOS Y RESULTADOS: Se prepararon perros anestesiados con el modelo de Folts de arterias coronarias con estenosis mec\u00e1nica y da\u00f1o de la \u00edntima. Se produjo la formaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica de trombos agudos mediados por plaquetas, lo que provoc\u00f3 reducciones del flujo c\u00edclico (CFR) en el flujo sangu\u00edneo coronario. Los CFR se eliminaron mediante la administraci\u00f3n de 1,62 +\/- 1,12 ml \/ kg de vino tinto por v\u00eda intravenosa (IV) y 4,0 ml \/ kg por v\u00eda intrag\u00e1strica (IG). Los CFR fueron abolidos por 2.04 +\/- 1.42 mL \/ kg de jugo de uva IV y 10 mL \/ kg IG. El vino blanco no tuvo resultados significativos en la eliminaci\u00f3n de los CFR, ya sea IV (2.0 mL \/ kg) o IG (4.0 mL \/ kg), disminuyendo las pendientes de los CFR solo levemente.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSIONES: : Se ha demostrado que el etanol puro inhibe la agregaci\u00f3n plaquetaria in vitro, ex vivo e in vivo, aunque generalmente se requiere un contenido de alcohol en sangre (BAC)&gt; o = 0,2 g \/ dl. El BAC de los perros a los que se les administr\u00f3 la soluci\u00f3n salina de vino tinto por v\u00eda intravenosa fue de 0,028 g \/ dL, mucho menos de lo que normalmente es necesario para la inhibici\u00f3n plaquetaria con etanol puro.
