(2015).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1226086X14005267\">Antioxidative activity and antiaging effect of carrot glycoprotein<\/a>.<i>\u00a0Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry,<\/i>\u00a025, 216-221.<\/p>\n<p>Los objetivos de este estudio fueron investigar la actividad antioxidante y el efecto antienvejecimiento de la glucoprote\u00edna de zanahoria (en lo sucesivo, denominado CG), se compara con el p\u00e9ptido de col\u00e1geno de escala de pescado (en adelante denominado SCP). Como resultado del an\u00e1lisis del contenido del flavonoide total que es uno de los ingredientes de la acci\u00f3n antioxidante, CG y SCP fue 1.35 mg \/ g, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>En el experimento de a menudo la capacidad de eliminaci\u00f3n de radicales por medio de 1,1-difenil-2-picrihidrazilo (en lo sucesivo denominado DPPH), CG expres\u00f3 un efecto antioxidante dependiendo de la concentraci\u00f3n considerando la SCP. Los l\u00edpidos por oxidaci\u00f3n de CG y SCP expresaron cambios de 9.37%, 36.72%, 51.64% y 0%, 28.93%, 63.84%, respectivamente, de acuerdo con el paso del tiempo de 1 d\u00eda, 3 d\u00edas y 5 d\u00edas, por lo tanto CG y SCP expres\u00f3 una mayor oxidaci\u00f3n de l\u00edpidos que la del grupo de comparaci\u00f3n hidroxilo anisol en butilo (en lo sucesivo denominado BHA) y vitamina E. In vitro, el experimento citot\u00f3xico que utiliza los fibroblastos de la dermis del cuerpo humano, la toxicidad no apareci\u00f3 en la Concentraci\u00f3n menor a CG 1.0 mg \/ ml, SCP 0.75 mg \/ ml.<\/p>\n<p>En el experimento de eficacia para promover la generaci\u00f3n de col\u00e1geno tipo 1, parece que CG promovi\u00f3 la generaci\u00f3n de col\u00e1geno tipo 1 en m\u00e1s de 0,5 mg \/ ml de concentraci\u00f3n y SCP lo hizo en m\u00e1s de 0,3 mg \/ ml de concentraci\u00f3n. En el experimento de inhibici\u00f3n de la matriz metaloproteinasa-1 (en lo sucesivo denominada MMP-1), la CG se redujo significativamente y estad\u00edsticamente en la concentraci\u00f3n de 0.25 mg \/ ml ( p &lt; 0.05), 0.5 mg \/ ml ( p &lt; 0.01), 1 mg \/ ml ( p &lt; 0,01), y SCP mostr\u00f3 la inhibici\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de MMP-1 en 0,3 mg \/ ml ( p &lt; 0,01).<\/p>\n<p>Estos resultados expresan que el CG elimina las especies reactivas de ox\u00edgeno (en lo sucesivo denominadas ROS), protege la membrana celular y puede actuar como antioxidante y art\u00edculo antiedad en la piel expuesta a la luz ultravioleta solar.
