Karst., \u03b2-glucan induces Toll-like receptors and fails to induce inflammatory cytokines in NF-\u03baB inhibitor-treated macrophages<\/a>. <em>International journal of medicinal mushrooms<\/em>, 13(3).<\/p>\n<p>El \u03b2 glucano del hongo medicinal Lingzhi o Reishi, Ganoderma lucidum (BGG), posee actividades inmunoestimuladoras y antitumorales. Las c\u00e9lulas inmunes innatas se activan por la uni\u00f3n del \u03b2-glucano al receptor de la dectina-1.<\/p>\n<p>En el presente estudio se investigaron las actividades inmunoestimuladoras del BGG, incluida la uni\u00f3n a la dectina-1, la secreci\u00f3n de citoquinas y especies reactivas de ox\u00edgeno, y la inducci\u00f3n de receptores similares al peaje (TLR) en los macr\u00f3fagos de ratones RAW264.7.<\/p>\n<p>Para los an\u00e1lisis de las citoquinas y los TLR se utilizaron la reacci\u00f3n en cadena de la transcripci\u00f3n inversa de la polimerasa y la citometr\u00eda de flujo. Para el an\u00e1lisis de las citoquinas a nivel de prote\u00edna se utiliz\u00f3 una matriz de anticuerpos de inflamaci\u00f3n de rat\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La BGG se uni\u00f3 a la dectina-1 e indujo la secreci\u00f3n celular RAW264.7 de varias citoquinas, incluyendo el factor estimulante de colonias de granulocitos, la interleuquina (IL)-6, regulada al activarse la c\u00e9lula T normal expresada y secretada (RANTES), el inhibidor tisular de la metaloproteinasa-1 y el factor de necrosis tumoral-alfa. La secreci\u00f3n de estas citoquinas se increment\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s con la adici\u00f3n de lipopolisac\u00e1rido (LPS).<\/p>\n<p>La BGG tambi\u00e9n indujo tanto \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico como \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico sintasa inducible (iNOS). El tratamiento con un inhibidor del factor nuclear-kappa B (NF-\u03baB) redujo la inducci\u00f3n de IL-1, IL-6 e iNOS de manera dependiente de la concentraci\u00f3n. Las expresiones de TLR2, TLR4 y TLR6 se incrementaron con el tratamiento con BGG, y la adici\u00f3n de LPS indujo una mayor inducci\u00f3n de TLR4 y TLR6.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro resultado indica que la BGG induce la secreci\u00f3n macr\u00f3faga de citoquinas inflamatorias, que puede ser potenciada por la presencia de LPS, probablemente por la uni\u00f3n a los receptores de dectina-1 y TLR-2\/6, que activan el NF-\u03baB y provocan la secreci\u00f3n de citoquinas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Batbayar, S., Kim, M.
