(2009). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karger.com\/Article\/Abstract\/214834\">Green tea (\u2013)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate reduces body weight with regulation of multiple genes expression in adipose tissue of diet-induced obese mice<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism<\/i>, 54(2), 151-157.<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVOS: El objetivo de este estudio fue investigar el efecto antiobesidad del (-) &#8211; epigalocatequina-3-galato (EGCG) en ratones obesos inducidos por la dieta.<\/p>\n<p>METODOS: Se alimentaron ratones macho C57BL \/ 6J con una dieta alta en grasas durante 8 semanas para inducir la obesidad. Posteriormente se dividieron en 3 grupos y se mantuvieron con una dieta de control alta en grasas o dietas altas en grasas suplementadas con EGCG al 0,2 o 0,5% (p \/ p) durante 8 semanas m\u00e1s. Se analizaron los cambios en la expresi\u00f3n de genes relacionados con el metabolismo lip\u00eddico y la oxidaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos grasos en tejido adiposo blanco, junto con par\u00e1metros biom\u00e9tricos y sangu\u00edneos.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: Las dietas experimentales suplementadas con EGCG dieron como resultado la reducci\u00f3n del peso corporal y la masa de varios tejidos adiposos de una manera dependiente de la dosis. La dieta EGCG tambi\u00e9n redujo considerablemente los niveles de triglic\u00e9ridos plasm\u00e1ticos y l\u00edpidos hep\u00e1ticos. En el tejido adiposo blanco del epid\u00eddimo de ratones alimentados con dieta EGCG, los niveles de ARNm de genes adipog\u00e9nicos como el receptor activado por proliferador de peroxisoma-\u03b3 (PPAR-\u03b3), la prote\u00edna de uni\u00f3n al potenciador CCAAT-\u03b1 (C \/ EBP-\u03b1), reguladores la prote\u00edna de uni\u00f3n a elementos 1c (SREBP-1c), la prote\u00edna de uni\u00f3n a \u00e1cidos grasos de adipocitos (aP2), la lipoprote\u00edna lipasa (LPL) y la sintasa de \u00e1cidos grasos (FAS) disminuyeron significativamente. Sin embargo, los niveles de ARNm de carnitina palmitoil transferasa-1 (CPT-1) y prote\u00edna desacoplante 2 (UCP2), as\u00ed como genes lipol\u00edticos como la lipasa sensible a hormonas (HSL) y la lipasa de triglic\u00e9rido adiposo (ATGL), aumentaron significativamente.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSION: Estos resultados sugieren que el t\u00e9 verde EGCG reduce efectivamente la masa de tejido adiposo y mejora los perfiles de l\u00edpidos plasm\u00e1ticos en ratones obesos inducidos por una dieta alta en grasas. Estos efectos podr\u00edan estar mediados al menos parcialmente a trav\u00e9s de la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples genes implicados en la adipog\u00e9nesis, lip\u00f3lisis, \u03b2-oxidaci\u00f3n y termog\u00e9nesis en el tejido adiposo blanco.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lee, M.
