(2003). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0955286303001487\">Green tea reduces body fat accretion caused by high-fat diet in rats through \u03b2-adrenoceptor activation of thermogenesis in brown adipose tissue<\/a>.\u00a0<i>The Journal of nutritional biochemistry<\/i>, 14(11), 671-676.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo del presente estudio fue investigar los efectos supresores de grasa corporal del t\u00e9 verde en ratas alimentadas con una dieta alta en grasas y determinar si el efecto est\u00e1 asociado con la activaci\u00f3n de los receptores adren\u00e9rgicos \u03b2 de la termog\u00e9nesis en el tejido adiposo marr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n con una dieta alta en grasas que contiene extracto de agua de t\u00e9 verde a la concentraci\u00f3n de 20 g \/ kg de dieta previno el aumento de la ganancia de grasa corporal causado por una dieta alta en grasas sin afectar la ingesta energ\u00e9tica. El gasto energ\u00e9tico aument\u00f3 con el extracto de t\u00e9 verde, que se asoci\u00f3 con un aumento en el contenido de prote\u00ednas del tejido adiposo marr\u00f3n interescapular.<\/p>\n<p>La administraci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de propranolol, antagonista de los receptores adren\u00e9rgicos \u03b2 (500 mg \/ kg de dieta) inhibi\u00f3 el efecto supresor de grasa corporal del extracto de t\u00e9 verde. El propranolol tambi\u00e9n previno el aumento en el contenido de prote\u00ednas del tejido adiposo marr\u00f3n interescapular causado por el extracto de t\u00e9 verde. La digestibilidad se redujo ligeramente con el extracto de t\u00e9 verde y este efecto no se vio afectado por el propranolol.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, pareci\u00f3 que el t\u00e9 verde ejerce potentes efectos supresores de grasa corporal en ratas alimentadas con una dieta alta en grasas y el efecto se debi\u00f3 en parte a la reducci\u00f3n de la digestibilidad y, en mucho mayor grado, al aumento de la termog\u00e9nesis del tejido adiposo marr\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la activaci\u00f3n de los receptores adren\u00e9rgicos \u03b2.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Choo, J.
