J. Drug Dev. Res<\/i>, 8(2), 11-17.<\/p>\n<p>La prevenci\u00f3n de las enfermedades tromb\u00f3ticas arteriales tiene una alta prioridad sobre el tratamiento en los pa\u00edses desarrollados. Se sabe que un estilo de vida inadecuado, como la calidad y cantidad inapropiadas de la dieta diaria, aumenta el riesgo de episodios tromb\u00f3ticos agudos, mientras que una dieta regular con efectos antitromb\u00f3ticos comprobados podr\u00eda ser beneficiosa para prevenir la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>El presente estudio se llev\u00f3 a cabo como parte de una serie de investigaciones en la selecci\u00f3n de verduras, frutas y hierbas medicinales para la actividad antitromb\u00f3tica mediante modelos animales de trombosis.<\/p>\n<p>En el presente estudio, los efectos de quince variedades de ajo (accesiones) sobre la reactividad plaquetaria y la actividad trombol\u00edtica espont\u00e1nea (end\u00f3gena) se midieron ex vivo a partir de sangre de rata diluida con soluci\u00f3n salina mediante la Prueba de trombosis global (GTT).<\/p>\n<p>Todas las accesiones mostraron actividad antitromb\u00f3tica pero la actividad vari\u00f3 entre las accesiones.
