(2014). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3921482\/\">Efficacy of fermented milk and whey proteins in Helicobacter pylori eradication: A review<\/a>.\u00a0<i>World Journal of Gastroenterology: WJG<\/i>, 20(3), 724.<\/p>\n<p>La erradicaci\u00f3n de Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) se considera un paso necesario en el tratamiento de la \u00falcera p\u00e9ptica, la gastritis cr\u00f3nica, el adenocarcinoma g\u00e1strico y el linfoma de tejido linfoide asociado a las mucosas. Los reg\u00edmenes est\u00e1ndar de erradicaci\u00f3n de la triple terapia son inconvenientes y logran resultados impredecibles y a menudo pobres. Las tasas de erradicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n disminuyendo con el tiempo con el aumento de la resistencia a los antibi\u00f3ticos. La leche fermentada y varias de las prote\u00ednas de suero que la componen se han convertido en candidatos para la terapia complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, la revisi\u00f3n actual busca resumir la evidencia actual disponible sobre su papel en la erradicaci\u00f3n de H. pylori. Las revisiones narrativas \/ sistem\u00e1ticas pertinentes, los ensayos cl\u00ednicos y los estudios de laboratorio sobre componentes individuales que incluyen leche fermentada, yogur, prote\u00ednas de suero, lactoferrina, \u03b1-lactoalb\u00famina (\u03b1-LA), glicomacrop\u00e9ptido e inmunoglobulina se realizaron b\u00fasquedas exhaustivas y se recuperaron de Medline, Embase, Scopus, Cochrane Registro de ensayos controlados y res\u00famenes \/ actas de congresos hasta mayo de 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Una preponderancia de la evidencia disponible sobre preparaciones probi\u00f3ticas a base de leche fermentada y lactoferrina bovina sugiere un efecto beneficioso en la erradicaci\u00f3n de Helicobacter. La evidencia de \u03b1-LA e inmunoglobulinas es prometedora, mientras que la de glicomacrop\u00e9ptido es preliminar y requiere fundamento. La magnitud del beneficio potencial documentado hasta ahora es peque\u00f1a y los contextos cl\u00ednicos precisos est\u00e1n mal definidos. Esto restringe el uso potencial de este grupo como terapia complementaria en un entorno nutrac\u00e9utico que depende de una mejor aceptabilidad \/ cumplimiento por parte del paciente.<\/p>\n<p>Es necesario seguir trabajando para identificar el sustrato \u00f3ptimo, el proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n, la dosis y el entorno cl\u00ednico ideal (prevenci\u00f3n \/ tratamiento, terapia de primera l\u00ednea \/ recurrencia, enfermedades sintom\u00e1ticas \/ asintom\u00e1ticas, gastritis \/ \u00falceras, etc.).
