En un corto per\u00edodo de tiempo, se identificaron las estructuras de las prote\u00ednas diana terap\u00e9uticas para el SARS-CoV-2 bas\u00e1ndose en la estructura modelada por homolog\u00eda de una transmisi\u00f3n similar del SARS-CoV de 2003. Desde el inicio de la enfermedad, la comunidad de investigadores ha estado buscando una potencial diana farmacol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>De todas las estructuras resueltas conocidas relacionadas con el SARS-CoV, la proteasa principal (Mpro) se considera una diana de f\u00e1rmaco antiviral atractiva debido a su papel en la replicaci\u00f3n viral y su probable competencia no interactiva para unirse a cualquier prote\u00edna hu\u00e9sped viral.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta donde sabemos, hasta la fecha solo se ha identificado y probado un compuesto in vivo como un potente inhibidor de la prote\u00edna Mpro, denominado N3 (PubChem Compound CID: 6323191) y se sabe que se une de manera irreversible a Mpro suprimiendo su actividad. Utilizando un enfoque computacional, tenemos la intenci\u00f3n de identificar un metabolito f\u00fangico natural probable para interactuar e inhibir Mpro.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de seleccionar varias mol\u00e9culas peque\u00f1as para el acoplamiento molecular y la simulaci\u00f3n de la din\u00e1mica, proponemos Pyranonigrin A, un metabolito f\u00fangico secundario que posee un potente potencial inhibitorio contra la proteasa principal (Mpro) expresada en el virus SARS-CoV-2.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rao, P., Shukla, A., Parmar, P., Rawal, R.
