(2016). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/srep26149\">Fructose, but not glucose, impairs insulin signaling in the three major insulin-sensitive tissues<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Scientific reports<\/i>, 6, 26149.<\/p>\n<p>Los estudios en humanos apoyan la relaci\u00f3n entre una alta ingesta de bebidas endulzadas con fructosa y la diabetes tipo 2, pero existe un debate sobre si este efecto es espec\u00edfico de la fructosa o simplemente se asocia a una ingesta cal\u00f3rica excesiva.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed investigamos los efectos de 2 meses de suplementaci\u00f3n a ratas hembra de soluciones equical\u00f3ricas de fructosa o glucosa al 10% p \/ v sobre la sensibilidad a la insulina en los tejidos diana.<\/p>\n<p>La suplementaci\u00f3n con fructosa provoc\u00f3 el dep\u00f3sito hep\u00e1tico de triglic\u00e9ridos y cambi\u00f3 el perfil de \u00e1cidos grasos de esta fracci\u00f3n, con un aumento de las especies monoinsaturadas y una disminuci\u00f3n de las poliinsaturadas, pero no provoc\u00f3 inflamaci\u00f3n ni estr\u00e9s oxidativo. Las ratas suplementadas con fructosa, pero no con glucosa, mostraron una prueba de tolerancia a la glucosa anormal y no mostraron un aumento de la fosforilaci\u00f3n del hom\u00f3logo 2 del oncog\u00e9n viral del timoma murino V-akt (Akt) en el tejido adiposo blanco y el h\u00edgado despu\u00e9s de la administraci\u00f3n de insulina. En el m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9tico, la fosforilaci\u00f3n de Akt y del sustrato de Akt de 160 kDA (AS160) no se vio afectada, pero la expresi\u00f3n del transportador de glucosa tipo 4 (GLUT4) en la membrana plasm\u00e1tica se redujo solo en ratas alimentadas con fructosa.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSION: En conclusi\u00f3n, la suplementaci\u00f3n con fructosa, pero no con glucosa, causa h\u00edgado graso sin inflamaci\u00f3n y estr\u00e9s oxidativo y altera la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de la insulina en los tres tejidos principales que responden a la insulina, independientemente del aumento en la ingesta de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baena, M., Sang\u00fcesa, G., D\u00e1valos, A., Latasa, M.
