La expresi\u00f3n completa de la PEH requiere un barorreflejo funcional, hipertensi\u00f3n y activaci\u00f3n de aferentes musculares (ejercicio), lo que sugiere que las interacciones en las redes neuronales que regulan el ejercicio y la presi\u00f3n arterial dan como resultado esta ca\u00edda de la presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/p>\n<p>El n\u00facleo del tracto solitario (NTS) es el primer sitio del cerebro que recibe informaci\u00f3n de los nervios que transportan informaci\u00f3n sobre la presi\u00f3n arterial y la actividad muscular, lo que lo convierte en un sitio ideal para integrar las respuestas cardiovasculares al ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el ejercicio, los aferentes musculares excitan las neuronas NTS GABA a trav\u00e9s de la sustancia P y la microinyecci\u00f3n de una sustancia P-antagonista del receptor de neuroquinina 1 (NK1-R) en el NTS aten\u00faa la PEH.<\/p>\n<p>Los datos sugieren que una interacci\u00f3n entre la sustancia P NK1-R y la transmisi\u00f3n GABA\u00e9rgica en el NTS puede contribuir a la PEH. Realizamos pinzamiento de voltaje en neuronas de segundo orden de barorreceptores NTS en ratas espont\u00e1neamente hipertensas (SHR). Todos los animales fueron sacrificados dentro de los 30 min y los registros de parche-clamp se realizaron 2-8 h despu\u00e9s del protocolo de simulaci\u00f3n \/ ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>Los datos mostraron que una sola sesi\u00f3n de ejercicio reduce (1) la frecuencia pero no la amplitud de las IPSC espont\u00e1neas de GABA (sIPSC), (2) la influencia de la sustancia P end\u00f3gena en la frecuencia de la sIPSC y (3) la respuesta de frecuencia de la sIPSC a la aplicaci\u00f3n ex\u00f3gena de la sustancia P. Adem\u00e1s, el etiquetado de inmunofluorescencia en NTS muestra un aumento de la internalizaci\u00f3n de la sustancia P NK1-R en las neuronas GABA.<\/p>\n<p>Los datos sugieren que la internalizaci\u00f3n de NK1-R inducida por el ejercicio da como resultado una entrada inhibitoria intr\u00ednseca reducida a las neuronas en la v\u00eda barorrefleja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chen, C.
