Primero, el resultado demostr\u00f3 que la \u03b1-tomatina podr\u00eda inhibir las capacidades de adhesi\u00f3n, morfolog\u00eda \/ disposici\u00f3n del citoesqueleto de actina inducidas por TPA, invasi\u00f3n y migraci\u00f3n mediante el ensayo de adhesi\u00f3n de la matriz celular, el ensayo de tinci\u00f3n por inmunofluorescencia, el ensayo de invasi\u00f3n de la c\u00e1mara de Boyden y el ensayo de cicatrizaci\u00f3n de heridas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Los datos tambi\u00e9n mostraron que la \u03b1-tomatina podr\u00eda inhibir la activaci\u00f3n de las quinasas 1 y 2 reguladas por se\u00f1ales extracelulares (ERK1 \/ 2) y la prote\u00edna quinasa C-\u03b1 (PKC\u03b1) involucradas en la regulaci\u00f3n a la baja de las actividades enzim\u00e1ticas y los niveles de ARN mensajero de la metaloproteinasa-2 de la matriz. \/ 9 (MMP-2 \/ MMP-9) inducida por TPA. A continuaci\u00f3n, la \u03b1-tomatina tambi\u00e9n inhibi\u00f3 fuertemente la activaci\u00f3n inducida por TPA del factor nuclear kappa B (NF-\u03baB) y el fosfoinhibidor de kappa B\u03b1 (fosfo-I\u03baB\u03b1).
