La s\u00edntesis de \u00e1cidos biliares est\u00e1 bajo control de retroalimentaci\u00f3n negativa a trav\u00e9s de la activaci\u00f3n del receptor nuclear farnesoide X (FXR) en el \u00edleon y el h\u00edgado.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed perfilamos la composici\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos biliares en todo el sistema enterohep\u00e1tico en ratones libres de g\u00e9rmenes (GF) y criados convencionalmente (CONV-R). Confirmamos una reducci\u00f3n dram\u00e1tica en los niveles de \u00e1cido muric\u00f3lico, pero no de \u00e1cido c\u00f3lico, en ratones CONV-R.<\/p>\n<p>La rederivaci\u00f3n de ratones deficientes en Fxr como GF demostr\u00f3 que la microbiota intestinal regulaba la expresi\u00f3n del factor de crecimiento de fibroblastos 15 en el \u00edleon y el colesterol 7\u03b1-hidroxilasa (CYP7A1) en el h\u00edgado mediante mecanismos dependientes de FXR. Es importante destacar que identificamos los \u00e1cidos muric\u00f3lico beta y alfa conjugados con tauro como antagonistas de FXR.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSION: Estos estudios sugieren que la microbiota intestinal no solo regula el metabolismo secundario de los \u00e1cidos biliares, sino que tambi\u00e9n inhibe la s\u00edntesis de \u00e1cidos biliares en el h\u00edgado al aliviar la inhibici\u00f3n de FXR en el \u00edleon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sayin, S.
