En MPhis y en las CD derivadas de la m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea, se ha demostrado que media en el reconocimiento no oppsico y la respuesta a los betaglucanos de levadura solubles y particulados.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos optimizado la detecci\u00f3n inmunohistoqu\u00edmica de Dectin-1 y demostrado su expresi\u00f3n en neutr\u00f3filos, subpoblaciones de MPhis en pulpa roja y blanca espl\u00e9nica, MPhis alveolares, c\u00e9lulas de Kupffer y MPhis y CD en la l\u00e1mina propia de las vellosidades intestinales. Esto es consistente con su papel en la vigilancia de pat\u00f3genos. Una proporci\u00f3n significativa de CD espl\u00e9nicas CD11c (+) expres\u00f3 Dectin-1, pero la expresi\u00f3n no se restringi\u00f3 a ning\u00fan subconjunto.<\/p>\n<p>La expresi\u00f3n de dectina-1 fue baja en MPhis residentes y DC de piel y no se detect\u00f3 en MPhis o DC residentes en ri\u00f1\u00f3n, coraz\u00f3n, cerebro u ojo. El papel adicional propuesto de Dectin-1 como correceptor para la activaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas T est\u00e1 respaldado por su expresi\u00f3n en las CD en las \u00e1reas de c\u00e9lulas T del bazo y los ganglios linf\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>La fuerte expresi\u00f3n de Dectin-1 en subpoblaciones de MPhis y DC en las regiones medular y corticomedular del timo sugiere un papel distinto del reconocimiento de pat\u00f3genos.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, la localizaci\u00f3n de tejidos revel\u00f3 posibles funciones de Dectin-1 en las interacciones de los leucocitos durante las respuestas inmunitarias innatas y el desarrollo de las c\u00e9lulas T.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reid, D.
