(2020). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7400927\/\">Effect of High versus Low Dairy Consumption on the Gut Microbiome: Results of a Randomized, Cross-Over Study<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Nutrients,<\/i>\u00a012(7), 2129.<\/p>\n<div>FONDO: La influencia de los l\u00e1cteos en el microbioma intestinal no se ha estudiado ampliamente.<\/p>\n<p>OBJETIVO: Realizamos un estudio cruzado aleatorio para analizar el efecto de la ingesta alta de l\u00e1cteos en el microbioma intestinal.<\/p>\n<p>PARTICIPANTES Y M\u00c9TODO: Los sujetos fueron asignados aleatoriamente a una dieta alta en l\u00e1cteos (HDD) (5-6 porciones de l\u00e1cteos por d\u00eda) y una dieta baja en l\u00e1cteos (LDD) (\u22641 porci\u00f3n de l\u00e1cteos por d\u00eda) durante 6 semanas con un per\u00edodo de lavado de 4 semanas en entre ambas dietas. El microbioma intestinal se evalu\u00f3 mediante secuenciaci\u00f3n del gen ARNr 16S. La composicionalidad y la funcionalidad del microbioma intestinal se evaluaron utilizando Quantitative Insights Into Microbial Ecology (QIIME) y Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unbserved States (PICRUSt). La consistencia de las heces se evalu\u00f3 utilizando la tabla de heces de Bristol. En total, 46 sujetos sanos con sobrepeso (rango de IMC 25-30 kg \/ m2) completaron ambos per\u00edodos de intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: Durante el HDD, hubo una abundancia significativamente mayor de los g\u00e9neros Streptococcus, Leuconostoc y Lactococcus, y de las especies Streptococcus thermophilus, Erysipelatoclostridium ramosum y Leuconostoc mesenteroides (pFDR &lt;0,10). Adem\u00e1s, durante el HDD, hubo una abundancia significativamente menor de los g\u00e9neros Faecalibacterium y Bilophila, y las especies Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Clostridium aldenense, Acetivibrio etanolgignens, Bilophila wadsworthia y Lactococcus lactis (pFDR &lt;0,10). Hubo ocho sujetos que sufrieron estre\u00f1imiento durante el HDD y todos estos sujetos ten\u00edan una menor abundancia de F. prausnitzii.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSIONES: Este es el primer estudio cruzado en el que se ha estudiado el efecto de un HDD en comparaci\u00f3n con un LDD en el microbioma intestinal. Un HDD condujo a una composici\u00f3n significativamente diferente del microbioma intestinal, con una abundancia particularmente menor de F. prausnitzii y una mayor abundancia de S. thermophilus. Se observ\u00f3 estre\u00f1imiento en varios sujetos durante el HDD.
