Tambi\u00e9n se incluyen compuestos naturales, estructuralmente relacionados con los flavonoides y con actividades similares en el SNC.<\/p>\n<p>Se describe un enfoque de qu\u00edmica medicinal para mejorar las propiedades bioqu\u00edmicas y farmacol\u00f3gicas del n\u00facleo de flavonas junto con la enumeraci\u00f3n de los principales logros obtenidos hasta la fecha.<\/p>\n<p>Se resumen los estudios cuantitativos de relaciones estructura-actividad que conducen a la formulaci\u00f3n de modelos farmac\u00f3foros que presumiblemente describen las caracter\u00edsticas del sitio de uni\u00f3n de flavonas en el receptor GABA (A).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marder, M., &amp; Paladini, A.
