(1985). <a href=\"https:\/\/europepmc.org\/article\/MED\/2985750\">Benzodiazepine receptor and thyroid hormones: in vivo and in vitro modulation<\/a>.\u00a0<i>Journal of neurochemistry<\/i>, 44(5), 1340-1344.<\/p>\n<p>En ratas hipertiroideas por tratamiento cr\u00f3nico con hormona L-triyodotironina (T3) hubo una disminuci\u00f3n del 21 y 27%, respectivamente, en el n\u00famero de sitios de uni\u00f3n para [3H] flunitrazepam ([3H] FNZ) y [3H] etil-beta -carbolina-3-carboxilato ([3H] beta-CCE) sin cambios en la afinidad por los dos ligandos. Dos semanas despu\u00e9s de la tiroidectom\u00eda hubo un aumento del 44% en los sitios de [3H] FNZ y un aumento del 17% en los sitios de uni\u00f3n de [3H] beta-CCE. In vitro encontramos que T3 produce una disminuci\u00f3n de Bmax y un aumento de KD, siendo ambos cambios caracter\u00edsticos de un tipo mixto de inhibici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El estado de la tiroides afect\u00f3 dram\u00e1ticamente el Ki de T3 al desplazar [3H] FNZ de sitios en membranas aisladas de la corteza cerebral: en ratas hipotiroideas el valor Ki fue 0.9 microM, mientras que en ratas hipertiroideas, fue 83 microM, una diferencia de 92 veces. En las ratas de control, el Ki fue de 11 microM.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSION: Estos hallazgos se discuten en relaci\u00f3n con una posible modulaci\u00f3n de los receptores de benzodiacepinas por las hormonas tiroideas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Medina, R.
