Diels from North East India<\/a>.\u00a0<i>European Journal of Integrative Medicine<\/i>, 40, 101247.<\/p>\n<p>INTRODUCCION: Elsholtzia communis (Collett &amp; Hemsl.) Diels, (familia: Lamiaceae ) es una planta comestible silvestre consumida como verdura por muchas tribus de los estados del noreste de la India. El objetivo de nuestro estudio fue explorar la capacidad antioxidante, la composici\u00f3n fen\u00f3lica y mineral y las propiedades inhibidoras de la enzima convertidora de angiotensina-I (ECA) de E. communis .<\/p>\n<p>METODOS: Los extractos de hojas, tallos y ra\u00edces de E. communis fueron evaluados por sus propiedades antioxidantes e inhibidoras de la ECA. La cuantificaci\u00f3n de diez fen\u00f3licos se llev\u00f3 a cabo usando an\u00e1lisis HPLC-DAD de fase inversa y los cinco fen\u00f3licos se aislaron usando cromatograf\u00eda en columna convencional y se correlacionaron con las actividades antioxidantes usando el coeficiente de Pearson. Se llev\u00f3 a cabo una evaluaci\u00f3n de los minerales diet\u00e9ticos presentes en la hoja, el tallo y la ra\u00edz de esta hierba mediante cromatograf\u00eda i\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTADOS: La hoja exhibi\u00f3 la actividad inhibidora de ACE y depuradora de DPPH m\u00e1s potente con un valor de CI50 de 20,38 \u00b1 0,061 \u00b5g \/ mL y 20,34 \u00b1 0,025 \u00b5g \/ mL respectivamente. La hoja fue reconocida como la fuente m\u00e1s destacada de TPC, TFC, K + , Na + , Ca 2+ y Mg 2+ . El an\u00e1lisis de HPLC hab\u00eda establecido el tallo como una fuente rica en \u00e1cido g\u00e1lico (1.08 \u00b1 0.002 mg \/ g DW), quercetina (0.26 \u00b1 0.001 mg \/ g DW) y \u00e1cido p-cum\u00e1rico (0.17 \u00b1 0.001 mg \/ g DW), mientras que Los contenidos de catecol (0,19 \u00b1 0,005 mg \/ g PS) y \u00e1cido vain\u00edlico (0,07 \u00b1 0,005 mg \/ g PS) fueron los m\u00e1s altos en la hoja. Los datos de RMN y HRMS confirmaron las estructuras de los fen\u00f3licos aislados.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSION: Por lo tanto, el comportamiento farmacol\u00f3gico diverso y la presencia distintiva de nutrac\u00e9uticos e importantes minerales diet\u00e9ticos sugieren que esta hierba puede ser \u00fatil en el desarrollo futuro de formulaciones a base de hierbas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nath, S., Tamuli, K.
