(2018). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S2214750018303081\">Black bean peptides inhibit glucose uptake in Caco-2 adenocarcinoma cells by blocking the expression and translocation pathway of glucose transporters<\/a>.\u00a0<em>Toxicology Reports<\/em>,\u00a0<em>5<\/em>, 552-560.<\/p>\n<p><span>OBJETIVO: El objetivo fue evaluar el efecto de la fracci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna de frijol negro (PFRA) y sus p\u00e9ptidos derivados sobre la captaci\u00f3n de glucosa, la expresi\u00f3n de SGLT1 y GLUT2 y la translocaci\u00f3n en c\u00e9lulas Caco-2. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>METODO: Se evalu\u00f3 el efecto de los tratamientos sobre la captaci\u00f3n de glucosa, la expresi\u00f3n y localizaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas y la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica en c\u00e9lulas Caco-2. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>RESULTADOS: PFRA (10 mg\/ml) redujo la captaci\u00f3n de glucosa del 27,4 % despu\u00e9s de 30 min al 33,9 % despu\u00e9s de 180 min de tratamiento en comparaci\u00f3n con el control no tratado (p &lt; 0,05). <\/span><span>Todos los tratamientos redujeron la expresi\u00f3n de GLUT2 despu\u00e9s de 30 min de tratamiento en comparaci\u00f3n con el control no tratado (31,4 a 48,6 %, p &lt; 0,05).\u00a0<\/span><span>Del mismo modo, despu\u00e9s de 24 h de tratamiento, GLUT2 disminuy\u00f3 en todos los tratamientos (23,5 % a 48,9 %) (p &lt; 0,05).\u00a0<\/span><span>La expresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna SGLT1 disminuy\u00f3 del 18,3 % para LSVSVL (100 \u03bcM) al 45,1 % para PFRA (10 mg\/mL) despu\u00e9s de 24 h.\u00a0<\/span><span>La microscop\u00eda de inmunofluorescencia mostr\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n en la expresi\u00f3n y translocaci\u00f3n de membrana de GLUT2 y SGLT1 para todos los tratamientos en comparaci\u00f3n con el control no tratado (p &lt; 0,05).\u00a0<\/span><span>La expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica relativa de SLC2A2 (GLUT2) y SLC5A1 (SGLT1) se regul\u00f3 significativamente hasta dos veces en comparaci\u00f3n con el control no tratado despu\u00e9s de 24 h de tratamiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>CONCLUSION: Las fracciones de prote\u00edna de frijol negro son un ingrediente econ\u00f3mico y funcional con un potencial biol\u00f3gico significativo para reducir la absorci\u00f3n de glucosa y podr\u00edan usarse como adyuvantes en el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer colorrectal.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mojica, L., Luna-Vital, D.
