(2018). <a href=\"https:\/\/erc.bioscientifica.com\/view\/journals\/erc\/25\/5\/ERC-17-0376.xml?cited-by=yes&amp;legid=erc%3B25%2F5%2F533&amp;rss=1\">Thyroxine inhibits resveratrol-caused apoptosis by PD-L1 in ovarian cancer cell<\/a>s.\u00a0<i>Endocrine-Related Cancer<\/i>,\u00a0<i>25<\/i>(5), 533-545.<\/p>\n<p>Se ha demostrado que la\u00a0hormona tiroidea,\u00a0l\u00a0-tiroxina (T\u00a0<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0), promueve la proliferaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas de c\u00e1ncer de ovario a trav\u00e9s de un receptor en la integrina \u03b1v\u03b23 de la membrana plasm\u00e1tica e induce la activaci\u00f3n de ERK1\/2 y la expresi\u00f3n del ligando 1 de muerte programada (PD-L1) en c\u00e9lulas cancerosas.\u00a0Por el contrario, el resveratrol se une a la integrina \u03b1v\u03b23 en un sitio discreto e induce la antiproliferaci\u00f3n dependiente de p53 en c\u00e9lulas neopl\u00e1sicas malignas. El mecanismo de acci\u00f3n del resveratrol requiere la acumulaci\u00f3n nuclear de ciclooxigenasa inducible (COX)-2 y su formaci\u00f3n de complejos con ERK1\/2 fosforilado.<\/p>\n<p>En este estudio, examinamos el mecanismo por el cual T\u00a0<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0afecta la antiproliferaci\u00f3n inducida por resveratrol en c\u00e9lulas de c\u00e1ncer de ovario humano y encontramos que T\u00a0<sub>4<\/sub>inhibi\u00f3 la acumulaci\u00f3n nuclear inducida por resveratrol de COX-2.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, T\u00a0<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0aument\u00f3 la expresi\u00f3n y la acumulaci\u00f3n citoplasm\u00e1tica de PD-L1, que a su vez actu\u00f3 para retener la COX-2 inducible en el citoplasma.\u00a0La eliminaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<em>PD-L1<\/em>\u00a0por el ARN de horquilla peque\u00f1a (shRNA) alivi\u00f3 el efecto inhibitorio de T\u00a0<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0sobre la acumulaci\u00f3n nuclear inducida por resveratrol de la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica dependiente de COX-2 y COX-2\/p53.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, T\u00a0<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0inhibe la apoptosis dependiente de COX-2 en c\u00e9lulas de c\u00e1ncer de ovario al retener la COX-2 inducible con PD-L1 en el citoplasma.<\/p>\n<p>Estos hallazgos brindan nuevos conocimientos sobre el efecto antagonista de la T\u00a0<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0sobre las propiedades anticancer\u00edgenas del resveratrol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chin, Y.
