(2017). <a href=\"https:\/\/faseb.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1096\/fasebj.31.1_supplement.790.10\">Resveratrol inhibits ovarian cancer cell growth through epigenetic regulation of Wnt antogonist SFRP5<\/a>.\u00a0<i>The FASEB Journal<\/i>,\u00a0<i>31<\/i>, 790-10.<\/p>\n<p><span>El c\u00e1ncer de ovario (CO) es la neoplasia maligna ginecol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s letal. <\/span><span>OC es el top ten de c\u00e1ncer en mujeres en Taiw\u00e1n y en todo el mundo.\u00a0<\/span><span>La met\u00e1stasis del c\u00e1ncer sigue con la transici\u00f3n mesenquimatosa epitelial (EMT).\u00a0<\/span><span>La v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n Wnt\/\u03b2-catenina est\u00e1 asociada con la EMT.\u00a0<\/span><span>Las prote\u00ednas relacionadas con frizzled secretadas (SFRP) act\u00faan como antagonistas de los ligandos de Wnt e inhiben la v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de Wnt\/\u03b2-catenina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>En investigaciones anteriores se indic\u00f3 que el resveratrol tiene la capacidad de tener efectos antiinflamatorios, antioxidantes y anticancer\u00edgenos, adem\u00e1s de participar en la regulaci\u00f3n de la metilaci\u00f3n del ADN.\u00a0<\/span><span>Es \u00fatil para inhibir la metilaci\u00f3n y reexpresi\u00f3n del gen supresor de tumores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio es investigar los efectos del resveratrol en la modificaci\u00f3n de la metilaci\u00f3n del ADN en c\u00e9lulas de c\u00e1ncer de ovario (SKOV3).\u00a0<\/span><span>La c\u00e9lula fue tratada con DMSO,\u00a0<\/span><span>5-aza-2\u2032-desoxicitidina (DAC) 10 \u03bcM, DAC 5 \u03bcM, resveratrol 45 \u03bcM y resveratrol combinados con DAC 5 \u03bcM en 96 horas, extrayendo el ADN y la prote\u00edna para su posterior an\u00e1lisis, respectivamente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Los datos muestran que el resveratrol puede inhibir la actividad total de DNMT, la expresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna DNMT3a, regular la expresi\u00f3n del gen supresor de tumores SFRP5 al combinarse con DAC 5 \u03bcM y regular la v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de Wnt\/\u03b2-catenina, como resultado, puede atenuar o inhibir el desarrollo del c\u00e1ncer de ovario. .<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Liu, C.
