Normalmente, los componentes, como los estanoles y esteroles vegetales, la prote\u00edna de soja, los \u03b2-glucanos y los frutos secos, cuando se consumen individualmente en su dosis objetivo, reducen el colesterol LDL entre un 3 y un 9 %.
