El estudio actual se centra en los efectos de la atenci\u00f3n a la respiraci\u00f3n (ATB) como una pr\u00e1ctica b\u00e1sica de atenci\u00f3n plena sobre las emociones aversivas a nivel conductual y cerebral. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>OBJETIVO: Un hallazgo clave en diferentes estrategias <\/span><span>de regulaci\u00f3n de las emociones<\/span><span>\u00a0es la modulaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<\/span><span>la am\u00edgdala\u00a0<\/span><span>y la actividad prefrontal. No est\u00e1 claro c\u00f3mo las \u00e1reas cerebrales relevantes para ATB en la\u00a0<\/span><span>corteza prefrontal\u00a0<\/span><span>se integran con la activaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><span>de la am\u00edgdala\u00a0<\/span><span>durante la estimulaci\u00f3n emocional. Propusimos que, durante la estimulaci\u00f3n emocional, ATB regula negativamente la activaci\u00f3n en la\u00a0<\/span><span>am\u00edgdala\u00a0<\/span><span>y aumenta su integraci\u00f3n con las regiones prefrontales. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>METODO: Para abordar esta hip\u00f3tesis, 26 controles sanos fueron entrenados en meditaci\u00f3n de atenci\u00f3n a la respiraci\u00f3n basada en la atenci\u00f3n plena durante dos semanas y luego se estimularon con im\u00e1genes aversivas durante la atenci\u00f3n a la respiraci\u00f3n y la visualizaci\u00f3n pasiva mientras se somet\u00edan a una resonancia magn\u00e9tica funcional. Los datos fueron controlados por la frecuencia respiratoria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>RESULTADOS: Los resultados indican que (1) ATB fue eficaz para regular las emociones aversivas. (2) <\/span><span>La corteza prefrontal<\/span><span>\u00a0dorsomedial izquierda\u00a0<\/span><span>se asoci\u00f3 con ATB en general. (3) Adem\u00e1s, se reclut\u00f3 una red frontoparietal durante la estimulaci\u00f3n emocional. (4) ATB regul\u00f3 negativamente la activaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><span>de la am\u00edgdala<\/span><span>\u00a0y aument\u00f3 la integraci\u00f3n am\u00edgdala-prefrontal, estando dicha mayor integraci\u00f3n asociada con la capacidad de atenci\u00f3n plena. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>CONCLUSION: Los resultados sugieren la integraci\u00f3n de la am\u00edgdala y la corteza prefrontal dorsal como una posible<\/span><span>\u00a0v\u00eda neuronal<\/span><span>\u00a0de regulaci\u00f3n de las emociones mediante la pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Doll, A., H\u00f6lzel, B.
